Education

I hold a Master’s Degree in Design Thinking and Innovation Planning from IIT’s Institute of Design, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School, and have completed Master’s coursework in Organizational Psychology & Development at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I serve as an adjunct professor at the Institute of Design in Chicago and am a visiting professor at Rutgers University in their Design Thinking Certificate Program. I teach Design Thinking and innovation and a Master’s class in retail innovation at CEDIM in Mexico.
